Why can't we choose zero stars!! Instead of iced coffee I got an Oreo Frapp. Instead of a chocolate ****in, I got a blueberry ****in. How are your people trained?? They can't even READ an order!! This was placed through the Mr D app, and before you try to blame them, they got everything right, unlike your useless staff!!!
