I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Gandisquare store McDonald's. On 04/07/2025, I purchased a Homestyle Doughnut for R10.90, which was advertised with a promotion offering a free Filter coffee. However, when I asked for my free coffee, the staff member informed me that I didn't qualify because I used the self-service counter instead of the traditional counter.

The promotional poster didn't specify this condition, and I believe it's unfair to deny me the free coffee without clear communication. I would have made a different purchasing decision if I knew about this restriction.

I hope you can look into this matter and provide a resolution. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the promotion's terms and ensure that your staff communicates them clearly to customers.
