McDonald's Ghandi Square Delivery or Disappointment?

The delivery system is really disappointing, I called them at 10am and for my order to be delivered at 11:45 only because I called to check what's happening with my order and whoever answered the phone hung up on my ear and the phone was engaged... They said the order takes about 30 to 45 mins, that is false advertising because the food was not even fresh anymore when it got here, the fries were cold and floppy. I've never been this disappointed by them!
