Mcdonald's germiston is horrible with poor service

What a poor service I got from McDonald's Germiston today. I ordered a sharebox using the machine and paid. The slip never came out, so I tried again and the slip I got say I must go to the till. I went to the till and the cashier said they received my order I should wait it's coming. I got an sms from my banking app saying I R266 has been deducted to McDonald's Germiston. When they were about to give me the food they refused saying they did not receive any payment yet when I check on my app payment went through. The manager refused to help in anyway saying I should come back if the payment is not reversed. I told her I stay almost an hour away from Germiston I only came gere to attend my little brother's sports at the stadium. but they couldn't arrange any alternate or help me in any way. I told them that if the payment was going to be reverse it was going to happen immediately. I had to buy another meal for my brother only and we left the store. So that means i have lots my money to mcdonald's germiston
