Mcdonald's from hell (Rynfield)

On the 25-09-2024 I visited McDonald's Rynfield and for the 4th time, yet again they failed to deliver what is on THEIR menu. This was the 4th time they "improvised" on my meal. I complained the first two times and received disgusting attitude from their staff. On the third incident, my partner went back inside and they gave us the correct order. This time around (25/09) they did it again and I just demanded a refund! On top of all this, there's always about 2 or three employees at the drive through window chatting and you have to wait for them to finish having their discussion before you are able to make payment. This is literally the worst mcdonald's with the worst and rudest staff members.
