McDonalds ***** from clients

MacDonalds Centurion stole from me. I paid for an order, the payment went through my bank account. Their system failed. They refused to give me my order with the words "THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD THAT WE WILL GIVE YOU THE ORDER". I want my money back. This is not acceptable.
