McDonalds Fourways service is TERRIBLE

We had such a bad experience from McDonalds FOURWAYS on sunset road. We dont really eat McDonalds but felt for it.. we downloaded the app and ordered at 18h00 on 8 August, at 19h30 we called to find out where our food was and the manager said it would be there shortly, at 20h00 we called again and told them our food had not arrived, they acted shocked and then pretended they couldnt hear us, and hung up. we called and called for several minutes and then called again and no one was answering.. we then decided at 20h10 to get in the car and go and collect the food ourselves, only to find the driver outside, he said the app didnt give him the unit number or our number and he was trying to call McDonalds and no one was answering. The driver was great but because McDonalds had bad service and didnt answer calls or assist, we ended up with cold food, my partner barely ate hers and we ended up giving half to the dogs!!!!!!! thats how put off she was.. wont RECOMMEND THE APP OR ORDERING FROM MCDONALDS AGAIN!!
