McDonald's Fourways

Appalling service from McDonald's Fourways! I placed an order via the McDelivery app, the order did not arrive. A while later i recieve a call from an McDonald's, there was an angry man on the line claiming to be the delivery guy, the man was just plain rude. He says he had come to my place to deliver but i did not grant him access. Which is false because i would have recieved a notification from the gate and opened for him. The man was so rude on the phone. I told them to keep their food, I'll buy elsewhere. I certainly will not be ordering there ever again.
