Mcdonalds Florida North , Pathetic management

ordered a few things, 1 of them being a hazelnut iced coffee. The cup was filled with tons of ice and literally only half coffee( This is a regular I purchase so we know the difference very well). I told the waitress she then asked me to come inside and speak to the manager. The waitress explains to the manager, a trainee named Imagine. he was rude, never acknowledge that I was there, and never greeted or apologized (b I have never encountered another ******** manager like that in my life. He just responded to her in his language to replace it and then he walked away, I was fuming before leaving I called him and told him that is no way to behave with a customer especially being a manager he just rolled his eyes and still no eye contact with me, I mentioned that I will be reporting this and his only response was " Ja I can go do that". I don't know what qualification or experience this person has to even be considered a manager his behavior is disgusting and I will never visit that branch again
