McDonalds feeding customers dead insects!!!

I am extremely concerned about peoples health when they eat at a McDonalds. I was on my way too work and bought me some coffee at a McDonalds. I opened my coffee and came across a dead fly in it, which was so disgusting. I felt terrible the full day because of that. I reported it to the story manager and she had the nerve too offer me a different cup of coffee, I then asked her if she would ever eat or drink of a restaurant is she discovers that they feeding customers dead insects.
