McDonald’s Fauna park

The service in Polokwane McDonald’s is bad. I had to wait for more than 2 hrs for an order and ended up giving up on my order. I paid for food which I did not get. When we request to see the manager the manager does not come to talk to us as customers. Please get people who will know how to manage the shop.
