placed and an order and expected delivery time was 40 minutes. After an hour an receiving nothing I called in. Took the assistant 10 minutes to get hold of the branch ( waste of MY airtime) after which he told me that they had some technical difficulties. I then asked for a refund and he said it would be done. TWO HOURS later they called to say my food is outside ? What the hell ? I told them to take the food back and I want a refund. Funny thing is this happens TWICE already. Pathetic service. Will never order from them again. Placed an order with MrD for my food was here in 40 minutes no hassle. McDelivery service is paaathhhhetic
