McDonalds - Fantastic!

<p>I ordered a Jalapeno Burger last week and on arrival back at the office discovered that the burger wasn't what I ordered and it had been very badly put together. I logged my complaint on their website (kept my receipt!) and the very next day got a call from an incredible person called George. George was very apologetic that I was unhappy with my order and offered me another meal at my convenience. Today I called George (he remembered me without a moments hesitation) and told him that I wanted to collect my replacement meal today - NO PROBLEM! George sorted it out within minutes and when I arrived at my McDonalds, Bonga (assistant manager) treated me like a celebrity and my order was replaced with apologies and smiles. Thank you George and Bonga (Rivonia McDonalds) for making a sad order from last week, a happy order today. Thank you for your impeccable client service. </p>
