Mcdonalds **** rewards

Good day, i purchased 2 burgers from Mcdonalds in Dbn Central and recieved 2 scratch cards on the 2nd July 2019,i submitted via they whatsapp app and received an sms that i will recieve 2 numetro tickets i didnt recieve any sms i sent through 4 emails on 3rd July have not got a reply yet i find it funny or they just using scratch cards as a marketing strategy for customers buy more but dont even get a reward
