McDonalds failed me

I am writing to follow up on a complaint I previously lodged regarding an incident that occurred on Saturday at the McDonald's Kwamyandu branch in Umlazi. To date, no one has attended to this complaint, and I have received no response. This is completely unacceptable.

As stated in my original complaint, I purchased a cheeseburger for my daughter. Instead, a very spicy burger containing jalapeños was delivered, which is not what I ordered. As a result, my daughter suffered an allergic reaction. This was a serious matter that put her health at risk, and she was also left extremely disappointed after waiting the entire day for her favorite burger.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I paid for this service and expected the correct order and proper care. Failing to deliver the correct food is unacceptable, but ignoring a formal complaint involving a child’s allergic reaction is even more concerning.

I am deeply dissatisfied with both the initial service and the lack of response thereafter. I expect this matter to be urgently addressed, along with a clear explanation and appropriate compensation. Please also advise what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to another customer.
