Mcdonald's Employee refuses to serve its customers indoors endangering their safety

In the early hours of Saturday morning, after a night out with friends, we went to the Mcdonald's on Glenhoven Rd in Rosebank, the one that is next to the Sasol Garage. The staff member who was working that shift refused to serve us indoors and made us sit by the outdoor seating area. Whilst sitting there we got ******, and our phones were ******. The police arrived on the scene and I asked the staff member if we can't use the CCTV footage to get the car's registration number because the getaway car was parked by the drive through. They told me no they can't. If this staff member had allowed my friend and I to sit inside this traumatic experience could have been prevented. I even payed for food I never even got. This establishment's failure to even have a basic security officer/vehicle on their premises especially on a weekend when many young profitionals are out blowing off steam after a long week is a blemish to the Mcdonald's Brand. I'm new to the area and I just got my first job, and bought that phone, an iPhone 12 with my first paycheck. That phone is new and it never got insured. I want justice!!! That staff member who refused to serve us inside when that Mcdonald's has signs stating they are open 24/7, needs to face some repercussions. That staff member who did not even have the decency to apologize to my face let alone give me my food, I want answers for the lack of humanity you showed!!! You have me thinking that you were apart of this somehow. I hope the management of that Mcdonald's does an investigation because I've been told that that Mcdonald's is a Hotspot for phone grabs.
