McDonald's Edendale Mall Pietermaritzburg

I had the worst service from a shift manager at McDonald's Edendale Pietermaritzburg. Her name is Sma Mchunu. We ordered a boerie burger and a spicy double quarter pounder. After we had driven back home we found that the boerie burger was dry, no onion, no pickles and the double quarter pounder was not spicy. We had to drive back to the restaurant only to be told by the shift manager that we didn't specify how we want our burgers and that we need to pay more money. All this with the worst attitude. When we asked for our money back they said they couldn't give it to us because we paid by card. I am appalled by this atrocious level of customer service and blatant disrespect by a senior staff member.
