McDonald's Eastgate Mall Customer Service is useless

Went to Eastgate Mall Mc Donalds wanted to my mrewards after asking how it works redeemed my points for an item, to be told they do not have that item available in this store for points redemption. Asked why no one can tell me aaked the Manager Sipho, couldn't assist try to get a store QR Code to use rateurvisit website no I have to buy something, buy an item get a slip with no QR Code ask about this again no one can help me directed to website, go to website you need a QR Code , what the use of mreward system as well as the rateur visit website if you cannot access these services
