Mcdonalds Durbanville

The horror of this store, the incompetance, the attitudes...

This is what i have emailed to mcdonalds SA head office

Good day

I am NOT a happy customer of your branch in Durbanville.

Two hours ago i placed an order online for delivery.

15 min after the said delivery time i tried calling numerour times, to no avail. Only a couple of rings and a fax machine answers.

I went down to the store, seeing the store is quiet. 2 pax at a table in the corner, 2 cars at drive through and an empty counter, only to yet again be disappointed with getting NO service, NO response and attitudes from staff.

I turned around and left after i demanded to speak to someone in charge where i was ignored.

As i wanted to get in my car, some idiotic staff member stood at the door, screaming to me that the order is ready.

I walked closer to find out why there is ZERO service, where the idiotic woman, who came out the door, turned around and ran back into the store not wanting to face me and sorting things out.

I am NOT happy about this as this has been the umpteenth time i get absolutely NO aid from the staff at mcdonalds Durbanville.

Having to wait 2 hours and then having to go to the store to find out what the hell is going on... that is beneath me.

I hope this to be handled and sorted.

The quality of service, the time spent, the "i am better than you" attitudes... it is a disgrace.
