McDonalds Durban Road / Uber

Could I be so Lucky in Receiving a short meal delivered by Uber!!! and this is not the first time this is happening with the Durban Road Branch. Then no one answers the phone when you call, Then there is no number to contact via UBER Support, just an e-mail which gives you a automatic response!!

From Mcdonalds to Uber, even their App EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED!!!! Then they AUTOMATICALLY Refund you, which will only be visible in a few days... Why would I order something to only get my money back in a few days and no food??!!!

Whats the point of ordering from them if there is no soul to even call and say "Hey, I'm missing an order" I live literally 4 Minutes away and there is no help WHATSOEVER from UBER nor McDonalds. PATHETIC!!!!!!!
