McDonald's dry burgers Big Mac

From today I wouldn't advise anyone to buy Big Mac burgers from McDonald's shallcross, the burgers are so dry i had to return mine for sauce,unfortunately my colleagues had eaten theirs with complains. They had to add sauce for me. I even have pics of how dry the burger is ,when I enquired they said I have to add money for sauce. It was dry dry dry, I don't see myself,colleagues and family ever buying here anymore. The same burger I bought at Berea had sauce and I had no complains. Thank you for your dry burgers in Shallcross,it was our last time buying here.
