Mcdonald's drive thru Goodwood.

My order number is 1897, What a terrible service i received today at McDonald's goodwood Voortrekker rd. The lady at drive thru asked me to place my order by the window since she couldn't hear due to the wind, firstly as she was helping me she was also busy servicing the cars behind me which i couldn't understand because technically she was pushing my order to the back of the que. When it was time to collect my order they told me to go park and wait without any valid reason. (i was not asked but was told to do so)

Which felt so disrespected by the McDonald's staff it was even hard to say (Please, sorry and even to apologize for the mistake. They is the reason why it called a drive thru, it for the convenience. Please provide more training where it necessary.
