McDonald's double debit and refuse to pay back

I went to mcdonalds Herm**** drivethru on the 5th of July 2025 and ordered 2x junior cheese burgers and a mc****in and 2x short cuppuchinos. I pulled up to the payment window and tapped my phone to make payment. The payment went through on my side, but the lady accidentally pulled the cable from the card machine and it didn't print the slip. Anyways, I showed her my payment went off on my side and I drove around to collection. While waiting a manager came to the window and said the payment didn't go through and will be reversed and I must drive around to the payment window again and make payment again.. I told him that I don't have time to drive up and down he can bring a card machine to me and I will make payment. He brought it and I paid again. Payment went off on my side. So 3 days later the amount of R187.60 still hasn't been reversed. I logged a complaint on mcdonalds customer care where they asked for some info and then communication just stopped. So it has now been a month and 10 days and still haven't been refunded or communicated with and my emails get ignored. So hopefully they will see this review and make a plan.
