McDonald's don't deliver

Good day, We ordered Chicken Big Mac Sharebag with Mr Delivery. Order arrived with spilled cold drink and without 10 PC chicken nuggets. Our child loves the nuggets and it cost me to go and buy KFC ,as the order was incomplete and cold drink spilled. Complaint was lodged om Mr Delivery app and emails was send,but no reply or response by both parties.This is not the first time MacDonalds order not complete and is very disgusted by this,every time my child is unhappy and sad as there is nothing for him.I feel for al the drama my money should be refunded or another chicken big Mac Sharebag voucher should be reward. Very disappointed by McDonald's. Thanks you KFC for cheering up my child after the sadness....
