McDonald's does not live up to their food product advertising

I wish to make a complaint against both McDonald's in Cresta Shopping Centre and McDonald's Hillfox. This past Sunday I and a friend visited McDonalds' Cresta. When placing my order with the cashier I asked that their be sufficient sauce on both my Chicken Big Mac Meal and my friends Junior Chicken Burger. (this was done as I had the same experience before) However when I received the meals I was totally disgusted to find that there was no even a quarter of a small teas**** worth of mayo on my friends Junior Chicken Burger. Thus making the burger dry and rubbery. I also had the same experience on my Chicken Big Mac Meal. What McDonald's advertise on their posters is completely false pertaining to their meals as it seems they give the absolute barest minimum they possibly can to their customers, they seems to only care about their bottom line. and not about satisfying their customer with the very food items they have on display. On Monday when visiting McDonald's Hillfox, I ordered two plain ice cream cones and was told that they did not have cones, they then put a small amount of ice cream in a plastic cup and gave it to me. I went and showed my friend and took it back as the amount that was given was far less that the usual amount that is given usually in their ice cream cones. Both of these experiences have made me feel that the customer doesn't matter at all but they forget without customers they will not be able to pay their staff salaries and thus be forced to close down. It is high time that we start getting the food and service we deserve...
