MCDONALD'S DISSAPPOINTED

We ordered from McDonald's online app at at 16:23, we were advised that the order would arrive not later than 17:20. After various telephone calls, they told its on its way, at 18:03 (an hour and 40min later) the driver phoned me and told me his still at the shop he will come deliver nou. Finally he arrives at 18:10. Upon receiving the order, one drink spilled on his way here, the mcflurries were put in a plastic bag, completely melted, which completely filled the plastic bag with melted mcflurry. The driver then wanted to give me R20 for "the mess" which I obviously refused. I would never again order from McDonald's Gateway Pretoria, neither should you. Absolutely dissapointed and disgusted
