Mcdonald’s dissapointing service

I have been awaiting two Oreo mcflurry’ for more than 20 minutes, as any customer I really think this is unacceptable for this order usually takes under 5 minutes, No one apologised for having me wait for this long. I am really dissapointed in the service I have received and hope something will be done about such experiences.
