Mcdonald's disgusting customer service

As I'm writing this message, I am so furious and disappointed with the way I was treated at Mcdonald's Church Street in Pietermaritzburg. On 27 October 2022, I went to buy Sausage and egg ****in breakfast, I waited for almost 30 minutes to receive my order, and when I arrived at the office, I discovered that I was given the wrong order (hash brown ****in) I went back to rectify that, and the manager was laughing as if nothing wrong happened. I went back to the office only to find I was given the very same wrong I had returned. I went back to Mcdonald's for the third time and my workplace it's far from Mcdonald's. I had to ask for a refund when I came for the third time.
