McDonald's Disappointment

I placed an order at Norkem Park branch at 18:40 and was told my order will take 45 to 60 minutes, and hour later the delivery still pending and I called again to trace it I was told in 3 minutes time. 10 minutes later the delivery still pending and called them again and only received my order 20:13. Now had to deal with the rude driver by the name of Raphael, they put BIC Mac burgers in the veggie burger boxes and the drive didn't bother to inform me upfront and brought my drinks without the cupholders which was three cold drinks that I must carry with the meals from the gate to the house. One burger patty was not a full patty. Got a picture as well as evidence.
