McDonald's disappointing food and service

I had the worst experience with MCDONALD'S Pretoria North. I bought a chicken foldover via drive through and when I got home the foldover only had lettuce and a slice of tomato with sauce, no pattie,no onions. I called them and they couldn't solve the problem and on top of that the manager Johanna Mathe was very rude making their mistake my problem very disappointing. Later on the consultant called me and still couldn't solve the issue instate the expect me to drive 24km back to Macdonald's for a R48.90 refund without any compensation that I'm going that takes about 7days this is just unacceptable basically I have to spend more money to get for them to rectify their mistake I mean petrol just went up.
