McDonald’s delivery *****s money

I placed an order with McDonald’s delivery that was never delivered. They deducted R145.50 from my credit card in the 30th of May. Called the very same day to get it all sorted out and my money back, but since then nothing. Logged a case with them, CAS76461 with screen shot of my credit card account showing that the amount was deducted and there has been no refund, but I’m not getting any response from them. The last response was that finance did the refund, so they could do anything further. They’ve not been able to supply me with any proof that it was actually done and even today I just need to open my online statement to clearly see the amount reflecting. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!!
