McDonald's Delivery service

On the evening of 27 October I purchased McDonald's from the Ermelo Branch using their delivery service. According to the app the order shoul take no more than 120 min. In this case the order should've been delivered between 20:05-20:20, I sent them a email at 20:44 they delivered only at 20:55. I have not received a responseup until this day from them over this matter, underneath is they email sent.

Good evening, I am very unhappy with your delivery service in ermelo. I ordered food over a hour and a half ago and as I am typing this, haven't received anything yet. I live less than a kilometre from the branch and yet nothing.

This is unacceptable the latest time according to your service was already 25min ago.
