Mcdonalds delivery in late hours does not work and app is not helpful

I Oredered Mcdonalds deliver just after 10pm on the 15th of december 2019. I paid 912 rand for this. They estimated delivery at 23h10. It was 00h00 stil no delivery. Call centre is closed so no idea where your order is coming from. I already paid fornit through credit card. No one calls you with information about the order so you have no idea what is going on. I drived to the mcdonalds then at 00h10 to place my order in the shop itself. So now im paying 912 rand for something i dont have. I will not accept this order anymore and atleast expect a full refund. Very dissapointed in this service. The app is redundant.
