McDonald's delivery complaint

Lately I've been very annoyed with mc Donalds delivery service. Everything is always "temporarily unavailable" but then if we drive to the local mc donalds then they magically have it. This happens far too often to be a mistake and I honestly think they do it on purpose because they are plain lazy. Also, when I do manage to order online, then delivery sometimes takes up to 2 hours and the food is always cold when it arrives. I am highly disappointed in the service I've been getting as of late.
