McDonald’s Delft Mall

This is the worst Mcdonalds and I don’t know why I keep trusting them. Today I purchased nuggets at 17:59 to be exact, sat and waiting for my order and even after checking on it only received it at 18:31. No apologies nothing, they did not even have the sauce selected. 2 weeks ago I purchased nuggets for my daughter and they were rock hard and shrivelled as though they had been there for hours. I had to complain for a replacement, with no apology. Too many items they never have in stock. Their service and attitude is terrible.
