McDonald's decline in service delivery.

Service delivery at Meadowdale and Lambton branches is poor. 1.Regularly one has to wait for food at the drive through. 2.There is always some excuse and blame on suppliers who failed to deliver "sauces", "sugar free coke". We mostly.buy the nugget meals or the cheese burger meals, but it is a struggle to get the preferred sauces from them. 3.The persons manning the drive thru order system needs attention. Regularly when arrivat home, one or more faults/mistakes is made with tje orders.

McDonald's service delivery has really went downhill if u look at what we were given when they opened their stores in South Africa. Lead times on a regular basis is bad, shortages of stock, especially the different sauces.
