McDonald's day light *******

Today once again ive been let down by McDonald's, i ordered 3x double quarter pounder with cheese, when i got home they gave me single quarter pounders. I pay for so double but then i get single? Thats day light *******! Tried phoning them, they dont even answer there phones.
