McDonald's customer service unacceptable

04sep17 12:56 I went into McDonald's balito with my family of 3 after placing our order we realise that two tables were available but both were dirty one of the two tables had not been cleaned at all ,I go back to the order counter and I asked the lady name (Linde) is there someone who can assist In cleaning the table she looked at me like I was offending her as she said well the lady is there ! she walked off before I could say anything else I went to the lady who initially assisted me and ask her to call her shift manager as the gentleman walked towards me I was furious with what Linde had done . So i asked him im abiy confused as to wether I'm suppose to clean the table myself or must I now go and look for the lady who cleans the tables and ask her to help me ...he explained that Linde should've asked the cleaner to come to the table...in the first place why would someone ask u if theres someone who cleans the tables if she was where I could see her ? am I the customer now doing McDonald's a favor by coming to them or there staff is untrained in customer service I really don't expect a global brand to be distributing service on this level I would not go into balito McDonald's ever with such pathetic attitudes !!
