McDonald's customer service

If u ever want horrible service then go to McDonald's in the golden acre in cape town cbd. I went there on monday with my family to my dissatisfaction as customers must clean there own tables before they can eat.I ask the barista Sandilise to clean the table as he was standing doing nothing and all he did was giving me hand sanitizer and had to clean myself during this period the sanitizer fell out of the damaged bottle onto my son's face and i had to rush him outside to wash of his face while he was crying as the sanitizer burned his skin throughout this whole event not one of the staff or management came to enquire what happened this is so sad as it show that there is no customer service staff rather having there own discussions
