Hi McDonald’s Crossings Nelspruit

I would like to complain about my 2 x Quarter Pounder with Cheese that I received today. I was very disappointed with the meal, especially because the burger I received only had one slice of cheese, whereas the advertised burger clearly shows two slices of cheese.

I understand that the actual burger may not look exactly like the promotional picture, but I do expect the ingredients advertised to be included in the burger I pay for.

I have attached photos of what was advertised compared to what I received. The difference in the amount of cheese is clearly visible.

I paid for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and expected to receive the burger as advertised.

I am genuinely disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s Crossings THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME... I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I do not have a lot of money but like to treat myself once in a blue moon and this was money waisted !!
