McDonalds Cresta disgusted by what I found in my food, appalling service

Yesterday, on Sunday the 24th of March at around 3pm I vistited McDonalds Cresta (South Africa). Upon arriving McDonalds got one of our orders wrong. We ordered and paid for extra hot sauce on our burger with no tomato, when we took the burger back to be corrected a staff memeber did not correct the order properly instead she gave us hot sauce in a horrible tin, rudely chucked the tomato back in the box with her hands and rudely chucked the box back at my young sister and that was it, I had to later go back and take care of this and only then was the order corrected. This is absolutely appalling service. Secondly, more than halfway through my meal I found what seemed to be a worm or some sort of fungi or bird faeces on the side of my 6 piece nuggets box. This is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am more than enraged by this. People’s Heath and safety are at risk consuming these products. I fear consuming McDonalds products. McDonalds needs to do something to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I do not want to return to McDonalds Cresta and I fear consuming any of their products. I fear what I am going to find upon consuming and meal.
