McDonald’s Cradlestone mall should stop offering a service the can’t provide

They deserve a zero ration , dismally poor customer service ordered a meal at 17:40 on 13/03/18 for delivery at McDonald’s cradlestone mall it’s now 18:27 and I haven’t received anything, I was supposed to take my medication at 17:00 and I missed it because I had to get food from somewhere else , this is not they first time I requested a delivery and didn’t receive it on time . Worst fast food franchise or branch ever .
