McDonald's Cosmos City will **** you with card payments

McDonald's Cosmos City is a **** and *****ster. Refused to give me a refund and held me there until the food was ready. Then told me I must provide bank statement as Only Head-Office can do refunds.

Managers name is Nkosinathi. When I asked the head office number he told me they have too many numbers and he only know payroll and I.T department numbers.

When I started recording him, he then accused me and my 12year old child of calling him names - which we didn't. The service was painful the most disgusting service. His staff stood there and watched us get harrased over a refund.
