Mcdonalds Cosmo city super slow service

We came in to McDonald's Cosmo city entered at 09:20 used the app to order and pay with order number 3129 we received our oder at 09:40, service is super slow an even the machine to indicate if your order is being prepared was not functioning well so you could not keep track of your order, also the was no one at the app machine to assist clients who do not know how to use the machine. What a disappointing service received
