McDonald's Columbine disgusting app service

I ordered using the McDonald's app I placed the order at 7:50 the Eta was 8:20 - 8:30 my food only arrived at 9:25. The delivery guy said the app had not allocated anyone to deliver my food so they just gave it to him. I thought by using their app I would get good service and it's cheaper. McDonald's Columbine you have really disappointed me
