McDonald's cheating customers with nearly empty McFlurries

We visited McDonald's Victory Park for McFlurries. Extremely disappointing!! The cups were only a third filled and the ice cream was like frozen ice and not proper ice-cream. The staff had an attitude of this is how it is and was very rude, after we had to wait more that 15minutes for 4 McFlurries. What a disappointment!!
