McDonalds Chatterton

During my hour long break today I ended up in a McDonald's drive thru, I had ordered and paid for a double Quater pounder meal. Unknown to me I collected my order, and in a rush drove all the way across town back to work. To my surprise when I sat down to have my burger I had been given a quater pounder meal instead, and charged for a double quater pounder. I quickly tried to call the store only to find their lines engaged, and seeing that I had only 15 mins of my break left I took pictures as proof and decided I would eat the burger and give them a call later when their lines were free.. When I called I spoke to a lady who sounded dismissive and asked why I did not return the burger.

This is the same Macdonalds store which sold me a Mcfeast meal with a kiddies juice at full price with the excuse that they had no juice or cola previous month, alone this incident was not a problem but coupled with this last one Macdonalds Chatterton in Pietermaritzburg service has become poor of late
