McDonald's Chatsworth terrible service

Pathetic service from McDonald's Chatsworth I ordered a caramel iced coffee which was not as I always order I am not a person to complain but this absolutely rude and uncalled for i asked the staff who made the coffee to add more milk because it had alot water which looks like the ice melted and it was not a full cup of iced coffee she shouted at me and said that's how they make it and she can't do anything she called the manager firstly he didn't have a badge and he refused to give he's name after asking him numerous times he was absolutely rude I asked him about the iced coffee and said I must pay for more milk I asked how much and I told him I always order this iced coffee and this is the first time I'm experiencing something like this he made a joke out of it infront of many other customers saying it's a iced coffee it suppose to be like that and if I previously i received a full cup and if it was made differently the staff who made it did it wrong he spoke unprofessional I will never go back to McDonald's Chatsworth again terrible service and staff is rude and not helpful.
