McDonald's Chatsworth Centre has the most disappointing service

I've ordered from other restaurants on uber eats and had no problem. However, the 2 times that I ordered McDonald's from uber eats I've had a problem each time. The first time they forgot to add the fries to a meal I had ordered. The 2nd time they took 2 and a half hours to deliver due to a delay of some sort, then they forgot to add the hazelnut ice coffee. When I asked the delivery guy, he said he is just the delivery guy and that the store had only given him those items. I phoned the store, the manager was rude and cut the call while I was looking for the order number. When I called back and asked for the name of the person I was talking to, he said he was the manager and didn't give me a name. I asked to speak to his superior, he handed the phone to sifiso. Sifiso had told me that he would have the ice coffee delivered that afternoon. However, its now a day later and my ice coffee has not been delivered. I tried calling the store numerous times during the course of the day but no one has picked up. I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received.
