McDonald’s Chatsworth centre bad service and wrong order was given

Last night I placed an order for take away via the self service desk at 20:22 At 20:45 the food wasn’t ready The girl took my slip and disappeared in the back She didn’t say it was ready or anything At 21:10 she comes and tell me they sorry but they waiting for the chips I want camera footage done cos the chips fryer was being washed and they were getting ready to close I told the lady that my family is concerned cos I am taking so long and she just said there’s nothing she can do about it cos it’s not ready

At 21:15 she comes and give me my food and laughs and says she gave me a extra coke on the house cos they all forgot my order My son was waiting for Dinner and slept away by the time I reached home

Few min of ranting n raging and then I decided to start eating I started with the chips and then looked at the burger and it wasn’t my order She gave me Cajun chicken and a Big Mac with the chips It was already late by then I slept without eating aswell as my son McDonald’s Chatsworth centre is by far the worst There is no type of customer service Other clients who was waiting long after me complained that the Chatsworth branch is pathetic There are no friendly staff and they all don’t know the name of The manager or the surname

They were rushing to close and ignored my complaints I would like a compensation for my time wasted and aswell as they must take the food back and they must come fetch it from me at my house
